We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including sizing issues, change of mind, or delivery delays outside our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re happy to help.

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the situation and, if eligible, send a replacement or offer store credit at our discretion.
