2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. Our collection includes both pre-made and pre-order items:

  • Pre-Made Items ship within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Pre-Order Items require 3 to 4 weeks of production time before shipping.

Many of our items are offered in both formats. Once pre-made stock sells out, additional orders will automatically be processed as pre-orders.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of inventory errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on product type and destination:

  • Pre-Made Items: Ship within 2 to 4 business days

  • Pre-Order Items: Ship within 3 to 4 weeks

Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our pre-order items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
