Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Types & Processing Times

Our products are available in two formats:

• Pre-Made Items: These are ready-to-ship and typically leave our facility within 2 to 4 business days.

• Pre-Order Items: These are made-to-order pieces that require 3 to 4 weeks for production before shipping.

How It Works

Most items in our shop are offered as a combination of pre-made and pre-order stock:

• If an item is in pre-made stock, it will ship within 2 to 4 business days.

• Once the pre-made stock sells out, any additional orders for that item will automatically become pre-orders, following the 3 to 4 week production timeline.

Shipping Times

After your order is processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

• Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
